Consumer application to purchase vacant land. However, LO finds out that it is not vacant. It has a carport with a covered section for a travel trailer and an enclosed and covered patio section.

No sleeping, bathroom or kitchen facilities. (All these are in the travel trailer which is not "structurally connected" to the carport plus as described above. And it is used for personal, family or household purposes (like a camp).

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance.

From what residential structure is it detached?

(3) Any structure that is a part of any residential property but is detached from the primary residential structure of such property and does not serve as a residence.
