We have an established customer who will be opening a bar/restaurant on tribal lands and will later be incorporating slot machines.

I suggest you engage legal counsel for that transaction. That's really the best advice that can be given since the laws are different on tribal lands. You will want to investigate your rights to foreclose on that property and will the tribe sign a landlord waiver.....
