Would or should an examiner give a bank service credit for an "education" session with small businesses to discuss the bank products and services? Wouldn't sessions on managing cash flow, credit reporting, succession planning, etc. be more in line with "Providing technical assistance on financial matters to small businesses...." as outlined in the Q & As?

Any thoughts? Thank you.

Some would argue that bank services address cash flow and other necessary ingredients that a small business needs to be successful. But, in general, yes, your statement is correct.
