If a borrower makes a large principal reduction and pays a fee to have their mortgage loan re-amortized, would this be considered a true Request for Information under 1024.36 if they submitted the request in writing?

According to the definitions: "A qualified written request is a written notice a borrower provides to request a servicer either correct an error relating to the servicing of a mortgage loan or to request information relating to the servicing of the mortgage loan. IMHO this is not a question of servicing the loan.
