I'm not sure the initial escrow would be considered a fee or expense but we will certainly review our loan documents. Thanks!

When you force place you are required to send a 45 day notice/letter to the borrower.

1. Are you then required to send a notice to the borrower notifying them that you placed?
2. Are you required to obtain and send a copy of the "declaration" page to the borrower?

if the answer is "yes" to the above questions can you please direct to where I can find guidance.
