Does anyone know if it's necessary to have the Servicing Disclosure required by RESPA to be acknowledged (signed) by the applicants on the Disclosure itself or could reference be made to and the applicants signature obtained on a cover letter that is be mailed out with other early disclosures?

The acknowlegement wording is specific, but it is not required to be on the same document as the disclosure. FDIC SF had to take the question to DC last exam here.
