When ordering a flood determination for a duplex, shouldn't both property addresses be included (e.g. 101-103 Main St. instead of just 103 Main St.)? Does it make a difference? Mortgage lists both addresses and appraisal lists 103 N. Mail, while flood determination in file lists 101 N. Main St. Seems technical, but is this a big deal? Thanks.

I don't think it's a big deal. Both addresses are for the same building, and the determination addresses (pun) the building -- all of it. If any part of the building is in the flood zone, .... you know the rest.
