Hello,

I'm newer to the Compliance world, and we have a situation where we have started the foreclosure process on a mortgage. The customer was sent the MGL 90 day right to cure notice, and now that time has expired. The customer has recently reached out and wants to make one month's payment, which would still leave them delinquent enough to continue with foreclosure.

Can anyone point me to MA guidance that will tell me if we need to accept this payment, or if we should only be accepting the amount that cures the delinquency?

Thank you.
