Is there anything in the Indiana laws that state you MAY NOT use Right of Offset when the monies are from child support ? I know when it is Social Security that you can't but was wondering about child support. Thanks!

I'm not aware of anything that prevents the off set but I also have not researched it. It's not specifically mentioned in the statute but I would highly recommend you discuss this with your attorney.
