I also like the Chevy commercial where all of the 20-something guys are riding in the car. There's three in the back and the one in the middle is singing Shania Twain's "Man, I Feel Like A Woman". The other two in the backseat keep scooting further and further away and the singer is totally oblivious and keeps singing his heart out. That one cracks me up!! ".......Man I feel like a woman, WOO!!"

I love the Bold laundry detergent commercial where the manager sees his employee moving price tags from the top of the bottles to the bottom. The manager asks what he's doing and he says (in his surfer voice) "you told me to lower the price of new Bold."

Just reading about the Budweiser Clydesdale "Respect" commercial which aired during the Super Bowl after 9/11 gave me goose bumps. That gets my vote!

The Quiznos commercials with the singing rats. I don't think I'll ever eat at Quiznos again!
Oh man I hate that commercial. It absolutely freaks me out. What in the sam hell are they singing?
American Airlines (or maybe it was Delta) had a commercial where there was a staff meeting but no one knew what the meeting was for. The facilitator was late. As time passed you could see the staff getting more and more irritated and agitated because they were kept waiting and no one was communicating the reason for the delay. Finally the facilitator shows up and with every glaring at him he asked if they were upset by the situation. Of cousre everyone said yes and he said good now you know how our passengers feel when we have delays and they aren't given information.

Gee, several you've described I haven't ever seen.
But the ones I dislike the most and must change the channel on are the identity theft commercials. Several of you like them - I can't stand them.

I love the ID Theft commercials. Another great banking related commercial is the one from Fannie Mae with the guy who is smiling and saying, "I have a beautiful house, a great car, etc. When people ask me how I do it, I say that I'm in debt up to my eyeballs." I think I know that guy. BTW the sponge monkeys (Quizno's Rats) are singing, "Eat Quizno's Subs. They are so toasty." Don't know about you, but I aint eating at no place that has singing rats!

I love the FNMA commercial - especially the end when he pleads for help 'Somebody help me'.

I love the "It's almost time for football" commercials. A grocery clerk turns on the checkout light and says "I'm open over here." and a guy hurls a cantalope at him. Another is set in a bank lobby, where someone drops something and there are people diving to get it. Very funny stuff, and it makes me happy when football season is close!

They seem to have given their "can you year me now" guy a diminished role for the time being, but he's still popping up from time to time.
You have to admit, though, that the chimpanzee takeoff on the "hear me now" theme was inspired!

I hate the Viagra commercials where the guys are jumping for joy to "We Are The Champions". I mean, the commerical is literally saying "Oh boy! We're gonna get laid!" I think some things should be between you, your spouse and your doctor. I love any commercial that has cats talking. But, after all, I AM a cat person!

I'm not going to get the vendor right, but this commercial is so realistic it's hilarious.
A group in suits is sitting around a table, looks like they are having a management meeting. Boss says, "How are we going to cut expenses?" Young guy says, "We could save $XXX if we switched to FedEx." No one says anything.
After a pause, the boss says, "Hey I have a great idea, let's switch to Fed Ex!" Everyone applauds and acts like it's most brilliant idea ever.
How many times has that happened to you?!?

Or how many people have you known like the other Fedex commercial (I think it's Fedex). The one where the guy blurts out "If you ask me, I'd ship it Fedex", the boss says "Brilliant!", then it shows him all thru the rest of his life repeating the story, up to his funeral, when a speaker says, "And we all remember the day when Frank said..." He had one good idea and rode it the rest of his life!

In our market area, there is a commercial for a local bank highlighting customer service: A customer's card is stuck in the ATM and she is late. So, the super friendly banker goes into the back of the machine to retrieve her card, while speaking to her from behind the machine. The banker retrieves the card for her via the machine & she is off. The next customer in line, an elderly gentleman, has heard the voice of the man coming from the machine. So, he steps up and instead of inserting his card, he verbally asks the machine if he can make a withdrawal. Funny? yes. Offensive to the elder population? I think so!

That one is funny!
Nanwa likes talking cats. Being more of a dog person, I like the one from Advantix (sp?) with the puppy at camp singing "Hello mudda, Hello fadda."

I like the Orbitz one where the guy is playing hide-and-go-seek with the seal.
Hate the Herbal Essences ads. ("Yes!Yes!Yes!")
