looking forward to the series wrap up and the epic battle still to come

hopefully Baelish gets what's coming to him

and ideally in a weird twist, The Hound winds up as ruler and refers to everyone as a bunch of [censored]s

It will be a season wrap. There's more coming next season. With the latest big "turning" by the Night King there really could be an epic battle -- but will we have to wait until the final season for that?

with all of the side things going on (Theon, The Hound and The Mountain, whatever Gendry is up to, Bronn drinking somewhere) I expect even more to be rushed next season to tie everything up

I read a scene that involved Bran filling Sansa in on the things he's seen (such as Littlefinger's past deeds) which was an aha moment for her, was cut. If that was in there that would have wrapped up and made the Arya/Sansa feud make more sense.

I'm glad they cut that scene. It made the trial scene that much better. LF had no idea what was coming. It was stag.ed wonderfully

I think if it was in there, LF would still have been surprised.

Having it in there would have made the scenes where Sansa and Arys were arguing make sense, at least to me. I could see if LF was watching them the whole time and then I could assume their arguing was to mess with him but there were scenes where he wasn't present.

There are a ton of theories out there though that may explain that the scene being cut wasn't too big of a deal as there were other signs during Sansa's and Arya's arguing that would tip it off as them messing with LF.

I just think the Bran scene would have brought it full circle.

Great finale. I wonder what the Hound meant by "you know what's coming for you brother, you've always known" ?
