While revieiwing the guidelines for garnishment of accounts containing Federal benefits I see that the customer notice must include the amount of the bank fee charged. There is a model notice recommended to provide safe harbor. Does this same notice apply to garnishment of account that does not contain ferderl benefits? Or is the customer notice provided in the garnishemnt order sufficient?

We modified the model notice to remove reference to the identification of federal benefits in the account and use that to notify all other customers of a garnishment order. We include a copy of the garnishment order with the letter.
