We are in need of assistance with backup withholding. We found out that this has slipped through the cracks upon one of our employees leaving the bank. Can someone tell us how often we submit payments? I assume we send funds to the IRS? Is there a certain form to submit with payment or is there a website?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

eftps.gov and we do ours daily as needed, which I think is more often than required. Also there is an annual 945 report in January as of Dec 31.
