We have a customer who is interested in purchasing a custom built Tiny Home for her primary residence. The home is being constructed on a 20 foot dual axle trailer. She currently does not have land and will park her home at a relatives house.
There is an argument concerning RESPA.
Is this a RESPA loan similar to a mobile home in a park, or is it not RESPA and should be treated more like an RV loan?

Just like TRID - no DIRT - no RESPA, regardless of how you classify it..
