For our Reg. CC compliance monitoring we are trying to determine an appropriate error rate level with an adjoining qualifier. Ideally, there should be no errors resulting in a 0.00% error rate. However, while ideal it is not reasonable. So, I am asking the hive what error rate levels do you find appropriate when you do your monitoring (e.g. 0.00% Excellent, 2.50% Satisfactory, 5.00% Needs Improvement, etc.). Any idea would be helpful.
