I am reading through the CFPB updates mortgage servicing updates effective 10/19. There is a section regarding the Interest Rate Adjustment Notices required, however I am not seeing what the change is from last 1/2014. Can anyone tell me what the update affects on this notice requirement?

They made some adjustments to the Model forms in Appendix H, if that is what you are referring too. This was to sync up the models to the requirements found in 1026.20(c) & (d).
