What requirements must be met when advertising a deposit product that is for commercial customers only since Reg DD doesn't apply?

I have a low risk appetite when it comes to advertising so I would personally ensure the advertisement isn't misleading in any way, missing important information or details, and covers the basics of UDAAP.
