Is anyone aware of any Georgia state law or regulation restrictions on "skip-a-payment" programs?

Not to my knowledge, and when I worked for a GA bank we did them twice a year for probably a decade or so. GA regulators aren't as helpful as others, but I've had some luck in the past when I reached out to them about specific topics.
