Could you tell me if an applicant marks the box that they "DO NOT" wish to furnish the government monitoring data, and it is a purchase money loan, are we required to still document the data based on observation. AND does this change with the new URLA coming? Thanks Kim

If the applicant chooses not to provide the information for an application taken in person, note this fact on the form and then note the applicant’s ethnicity, race, and sex on the basis of visual observation and surname, to the extent possible.
