Is there any reason not to let minors have OLB? Do you restrict bill pay? I know COPPA will affect 13 and younger, but not sure about those closer to, but not yet, 18 years old.

Considering contracting with a minor, except in very limited situations, is not supported under State laws, I am not sure how you would ever hold them accountable for any action that they may or may not take within the on-line banking system.
