For those who do not drink any hard liquor at all, such as myself, we have a festive selection of good looking beer on tap...meaning the more one drinks, the more festive they feel and the better looking the rest of you get!

Today we are serving Thanksgiving po-boys for lunch. For those not familiar with this relatively new New Orleans tradition, it is a po-boy made with turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and you can opt for cranberry sauce if you'd like, all on delicious po-boy bread (not French bread, that is an abomination to po-boys everywhere).

We also have a variety of spiced rums, cider (warm and cold), some seasonal beers, but none of those pumpkin drinks, only pumpkin is in the pie!

using the very last of the leftover turkey, we have turkey and Andouille sausage gumbo ready for breakfast, or an early lunch, the choice is yours. some additional seasonal beers are nice and cold. And for those who prefer a bit more of the heavier libations, we have whipped up Old Fashioneds for your drinking enjoyment.

I would love an Old Fashioned. I'm here for some peace and quiet. The only Black Friday shopping I do is from the comfort of my computer screen. I'm a cyber shopper for sure!

left-over turkey? How does that happen? I made a 23lb bird and all that's left are the legs and that's only because they weren't put on the serving platter. Note to self: If you want left-overs, don't invite athletes and college kids to dinner!
