Has anyone else found that their servicing system will not be making any modifications to facilitate the tracking of additional successors in interest on a mortgage loan?

Since our system will not do this, we are now trying to determine the best way to track SI. There is also the issue of providing disclosures that are properly addressed to a confirmed SI. I just feel like this is going to be a very difficult task without support from our servicing system and wondered if others had this same issue.

What modifications would you have to make to track additional potential SII?
Can they not be alternate contacts in the system?
Similarly, why can't you change who disclosures are addressed to once the SII is confirmed?
Will the system not let you change the name to a different contact? Or can you add a line with the confirmed SIIs name?
