I would like to confirm whether or not the unique identifier is required to be on the GFE and the HUD for reverse mortgages. From what I can see since they are not subject to the disclosures required by 1026.19(e and 1026.19(f) they would not be required. However, the unique identifier should be on the credit application, not and mortgage for reverse.

Correct, the GFE and HUD1 do not include the unique identifier.
