We had a MLO that basically blew off the renewal process. I received an email stating that she is inactive. Am I safe to assume that she shouldn't use her NMLS # for anything until reactivation is complete? Anyone know how long reactivation takes?

Registrants are reactivated when they attest to their record and submit payment. During the reactivation period, the institu-tion registration becomes active upon payment submission. There are no deadlines for reacti-vation; this can happen at any time after a registration status has been changed to Inactive - Failed to Renew.
