Maybe it's not up yet or I'm missing it -- but can anyone point me to HMDA Disclosure Statements on the CFPB's website?

The disclosure statements won't be up until after the data for 2017 is submitted. 2016 Disclosure statements are still on the FFIEC website.

2015 and 2016 Disclosure Statements are currently available at the CFPB link below. However, takes forever to download the data.

Filter the Data
Select your year
then choose All Records (for example) in Select suggested filters.
scroll down to Lender and enter your lender ID (click the FFIEC link if you don't know it) (Ten digit ID# - use preceding 0s)
scroll down and click Create Summary Table

Thank you. I followed your instructions but instead of clicking create summary tables I clicked the button to download raw data. This looks like the modified HMDA LAR. I then tried to create summary tables but I am not sure how to get the HMDA disclosure statements for prior years in the same format as was published on the FFIEC website.

I am aware of that site. I am concerned about the revised HMDA notice we must post and distribute that directs the consumer to the CFPB site. If a consumer asks for help getting the data on the CFPB's site, I have only figured out how to get the modified LAR for 2016 and prior years.
