It is titled Open-End Mortgage Deed, and includes the following section: "Future Advances. Lender is specifically permitted, at its option and in its discretion, to make additional loans and future advances under this Security Instrument as contemplated by Section 49-2(c) of the Connecticut General Statutes, and shall have all rights, powers and protections allowed thereunder."
