The bank is looking for training for the in-charge Auditor(myself) for BSA/AML that is in-depth and geared towards compliance with the regulations or even auditing of the area. Not looking for just a 2 hour webinar but something in length like a long seminar or online school. Does anyone have any suggestions?

We have used the Top Gun training before for both our auditors and the BSA staff.

Anything else? That is a little soon and on the same day I take my CRCM exam. Also I am willing to go longer especially if the training goes more in-depth.

Whatever state you are in, did you check the banking association offerings? My state assoc does a two day one every year.

I am in New York. I have only seen the AML/BSA compliance seminar down by New York Bankers Association. It is just a one day seminar so I probably will attend that like I said we are looking something longer. I really liked the ABA Compliance School and kind of hoped to find something like that but just on BSA/AML.

I have attended all three in different years all are good

ACAMS in-person training typically has at least a couple of auditor-centric sessions, and sometimes an entire audit track of breakouts. The other benefit is the ability to network with people you are sitting with or the speakers, who can prove invaluable down the road when you come across something new or different. I've found the ACAMS break-out speakers to be very approachable.
