What are the guidelines for advertising a Loan Production Office in newspaper, radio, etc? Also, on promotional material and giveaways, would it be acceptable to list this LPO location along with the other branch locations? We need to get the word out about our location and hours not alone just our actual existence.

LPO's are a state law issue. What they can and cannot do can only be answered by your state department of banking.
