at year end we did a loan extension for a loan that would qualify as a community development loan.
This year we will be renewing it.
So for our extension last year, can we report it as a community development loan for last year? (assuming it otherwise qualifies)

This is probably a very basic question.

When the bank extends a loans maturity does the bank report the original note amount or the current balance at the time the renewal is approved?
