Can we call customers on a Sunday to market to them? Telemarketing rules seem to indicate that we can between the hours of 9AM to 9:30 PM. Anyone know of anything different?

I don't know the answer, but is it that important?

If a company that I was a customer of called me on a Sunday, I would be an ex-customer by Monday.

Completely agree with Rocky 100%. I'd be out of there. Plus with caller ID, if I didn't recognize the # I wouldn't answer the phone anyway, like ever. Telemarketing has kind of gone by the wayside IMO. With so many digital avenues and platforms these days and millennials, etc, there are many more clever ways to market to folks.

My read from the FTC was a 9pm cutoff. Sundays are fair game, but most likely you'd never get me to answer and if I did, the person on the other end will get an opt-out, remove my number and an earful.
