Is there a regulatory restriction that prevents us from charging an overdraft fee against a savings account?

A transaction may have come in yesterday that overdraws the account, we see it today, return it and want to charge the OD fee. The activity may be ACH or check by phone...NOT debit card/ATM.

Thanks.

If the fee is in your DD disclosure for this account you can impose it. If it's not, you can't.
