Customer comes in with 28500 in ISK (Iceland), receives $246.95 back, CTR needed because originally more than 10,000 in foreign currency was brought in? I tried researching by confused myself the more I read the guidance. Thank you.

Was there another transaction involved that brought the aggregated cash in or out to a value greater than $10,000?
