Hello,

I received an/ad article to review which would be placed in the newsletter/website of a local contractors association. I don't think there are any Section 8 issues but wanted to check. I searched their site and did not find anything related to settlement services.

Thoughts? Just being paranoid and checking. Thank you!

I don't see anything that would represent a Section 8 issue. Advertising rules would be my focus if this is not really an "article" and is an ad.
