I was reviewing the latest update from our forms vendor and in the release notes is information regarding privacy policies of CA, NV, and VT which may need to be included in our Privacy Notice (in Michigan). Does anyone know anything about this?

So Cal
I have seen these from various FIs that I have accounts with (I live in CA). CA, and other states also have their own privacy and information sharing laws that are more restrictive than Reg. P. For example, CA law requires that the consumer opt IN to information sharing (not just neglect to opt out), meaning the consumer has to tell you that they have chosen to allow it (silence is not golden in the Golden State smile ).
