In the mountains
We have a home improvement application. The appraisal shows improvements as "manufactured dwelling with additions--Residential. Should I report the property type as 1-4 family?

Not IMO--improving a manufactured home doesn't change the fact that it's a manufactured home.

Agreed. You'll get all sorts of varied opinions based on percentages, etc., but as far as I'm concerned, at no point did anyone wave a magic wand and turn the manufactured home into not a manufactured home.

Yes, I agree. You can put additions on, but underneath it all, it is still a manufactured home.
