Customer has existing flood insurance on his mobile home and land.

Customer would like to refinance the loan and pay for the flood insurance premiums for the whole year due in March with proceeds from the loan amount.

Is this permissible? Thank you in advance?

Not sure why not as long as State law or loan program requirements do not permit it.

Not an answer to the question, but from an underwriting position it makes me ask could it be afforded another way, and if not, what happens next year?
