I hope everyone is safe from all of the storms over the weekend and the flooding. I'm from the Louisville, KY area (Southern Indiana) and the flooding up there is the worst it's been since 1997. My sister sent me some pictures of the street I grew up in that's underwater in spots right now. Locally here in middle Tennessee we're extremely waterlogged, but not as bad as the Louisville area.

Stay dry, Everybody!!!

I guess that means our rivers will be a risin' again...

Also hoping everyone and thing is safe.

I saw a horse being rescued by heavy equipment in MI...good horse to deal with that!

We got tons of rains, but we badly needed it....the drought had been really severe.

Us too. I am glad we got quite a bit, the lakes will be full for a little while, at least. More rain to come mid-week as well.

I'm watching city maintenance workers putting up flood barriers along the Ohio River, which is a block from the building I work in, right now.

We haven't had flooding yet this year, but we had so much rain last week that a number of friends had wet or flooded basements. Our sump pump has been getting a workout.

The small town where I live got 6 inches of rain yesterday - and ironically our water went out during the night. There are flash flood warnings there and in the county where I work.
