Has anyone opened a Political action committee account? I am not familiar with them at all. What is required, for monitoring purposes, for these types of accounts? I have a customer that wants to open one of these accounts for the purpose of getting money to lobby for legalizing Marijuana in the State of Michigan. Would that have any additional requirements if the bank opens this account? Any guidance would be helpful. Thank you.
