I understand that this section applies to closed-end loans exceeding $50M. Under this section, the definition of a loan agreement "means one or more promises, promissory notes...." Does this loan agreement definition mean that we need to aggregate all of the borrower's loans, ex: $25M loan and a $30M loan? I am unfamiliar with this law and just don't want to miss something. Thanks in advance for your help.
