The bank does not meet the 25 closed-end mortgage loans for the preceding two years so the bank will not be a HMDA reportable bank. Our regulator is the OCC so does anyone if we would need to start submitting the OCC's Fair Housing Lending Log?

You don't submit it anywhere:

§ 27.7 Availability, submission and use of data.

(a) Each bank shall make all information collected under §§ 27.3 and 27.4 available for review at the bank to national bank examiners upon request.
