We are thinking of reevaluate our Payment Protection incentive program, I know that there is the 5% maximum for bonus, incentives for employees, officers, directors, and princpal shareholders. I am researching to get some type of guidance/information on incentives/bonus pay, more specifically to Lenders. Managment is proposing the following: To establishes an awards program based on the total Payment Protection production (i.e. pre-establishd performance threshold rather than payment through the direct production of Payment Protection). I am interested to see what other banks are during regarding incentive pay which includes credit life, any suggestions would be appreciate.
