Has anyone else run into a scenario wherein the MLA database via the DoD is inaccurate? My organization pulled an inquiry today on a service member who is deployed. (The service member's spouse has Power of Attorney). HOWEVER, we got a negative hit.

Any recourse or safe harbor on my end? Or someone I should contact? Data entry has been verified as accurate and the service member's deployment orders are in the loan department.

You could contact the DOD to see what they say, but the site is the safe harbor in the regulation, therefore if you can show where you checked and what it said, there isn't a violation.
