We have a spec construction loan for a 1 to 4 family residence that is located in a SFHA.
The flood insurance policy lists both the corporate entity which owns the property and the individual who is a guarantor on the loan as co insured.
Is this acceptable?

Why do you care as long as the property owner is insured and you are listed as a mortgagor?
