Most of our loans are commercial loans. We office HELOCs as well but the product is not highly advertised in the community. We would like to put a banner on our local newspaper. It will say "Bank ABC also offers Home Equity Lines of Credit. Please speak with a loan officer for more information" Does this verbiage trigger any other disclosures to be included?
