Is there a UDAP or fair lending concern if a bank chooses not to list all consumer loan products they offer on their website? Is there a UDAP or fair lending concern not to market in any manner all their consumer loan products, only some?

Considering that your website is probably the advertising medium (not to mention the cheapest) that has the ability to reach the largest segments of the population in your market area, not doing so is probably not the wisest choice depending on your current consumer loan penetrations.

Interesting that you should choose not to use your website fully, but it's hard to imagine a case for some kind of disparity.
