If the Summons and Order of Garnishment show 1 name (JANE DOE) as the Judgment Debtor and the letter from the lawyer shows 2 names (JANE DOE JOHN DOE) as the defendants, do we look for funds under both names or just JANE, as she is the only one listed as the Judgment Debtor?

In a tribute to the past, in my home state the husband is responsible for "necessities" furnished to the wife and can be held responsible if she does not pay her debts. Talk to your bank's legal counsel.
