Hello all,

I am unsure how to disclose an Adverse Action Notice denial reason for a "state tax WARRANT".
For a state tax LIEN, we mark "Other" and type in "State Tax Lien".

Would it be the same for a state tax WARRANT? Or would the warrant fall into the category of "collection action or judgment"?

Yep. We are just going to put "Other: State Tax Warrant" and move on with it. I guess I could look up copies of the docs filed in the county but...no thanks. smile
