I work for an FRB regulated financial institution. I have found some old threads online stating that FRB regulated institutions are not required to have the Annual Disclosure Sign in each branch location, but wanted to confirm this is still a true statement as I am performing a branch signage monitoring report.

So - does anyone know if this is a true statement?

Thanks Joker! Since all of the compliance department here were all in banks regulated by the FDIC previously we were unaware of this.

I agree with Joker as the annual disclosure requirements were dropped by the Fed (and OTS) years ago.

Part of the confusion with this is that some forms vendors state in their marketing material that the form is required for Fed banks: https://www.blockandcompany.com/acrylic-...83t0353604.html

We switched to Fed later last year and had this very question and yes, the Fed is the only one who doesn't out of them, FDIC and OCC.

Does the Annual Disclosure sign still need to be posted at the Main Bank?

Susielou - if you are FRB regulated you don't need it at all.

Second signage question - what is the difference between Equal Housing Opportunity and Equal Housing Lender signage? I believe we only need Equal Housing Lender - or is my thinking off base?

Thank you, Rocky. That's what I was thinking - and what my research was producing - but wanted to verify. I was second guessing myself.
