I know we have to give a new Flood Notice to the customer but what notice/disclosure will need to be given for the Escrow requirements? The loan is currently set up on escrow so do I need to give a new escrow table?

The loan hasn't actually matured yet. The extension was for a monthly payment therefore extending out the maturity date one month.
