As a Small Servicer I am just looking for clarification. We are exempt from all requirements of the periodic statement rule, which incudes delinquency information. Clarification needed if we are still required to provide the HUD “Notification to Homeowners of Availability of Housing Counseling Services” if the borrower is over 45 day delinquent?

There is no exemption from that notice or the require SCRA notice to delinquent homeowners.
